What a joke

Had my bike booked in to a garage for 2 weeks. Baring in mind this is a Japanese / Italian specialist. He's sponsored by Dyno jet, he does dynoing and tuning etc. He's had my bike before for dynoing.

I dropped it off last Monday, I asked him to get me a new tyre so he said come pick it up on Tuesday.

I couldn't go get it Tuesday, so I rang him Wednesday morning as I had free lessons. I spoke to a receptionist and how conveniant that he wasn't answering his phone, I waited and waited, after an hour, I ran back stating that I was in school and that I was waiting to come and get it. He said if he hasn't phoned by 3.30 then ring him back. Yet again he wouldn't answer his own phone.

At 3.35, just getting home, I get an answer phone message. He was out of breath 'I've just finished the service work now, but ermm the tyre ermmm when I rang then it was ermm out of stock so its going to be tomorrow now'. I could not go on Thursday due to school and work.

I had a free morning again on Friday, so I rang there at 9am. I spoke to a receptionist...'He's not in yet'. WHAT THE FUCK...hes meant to be there at 8.30. Anyway I asked about my bike saying I had free morning so I wanted to come get it seeing as it was ready on Thursday. 'Ohh, he'll have to ring you back'. I waited and waited and eventually I get a phone call at 12.30 'Your bike is ready for you to come get now'. 'Well I'm in school now so I can't come anymore'. He replied 'Well were open till 6pm so anytime up till then'. So I said 'I'll be there around 4.30 or something'. He reassured me that they are there until 6pm.

I arranged it with my Dad to meet him there, so 5.10pm I'm driving down the dual carriage way (about 5 miles from his garage) My phone rings, I see its him, but don't answer due to driving. I put my foot down a bit to ring him back. I get to a lay by less than 2 minutes after. I ring him back....guess what?...... He's fucking gone home! WANKER!

He rang me yesterday....I was in work, I didn't hear the phone, he left me a message saying, 'Can you ring me before 12.30 please, I'm leaving at 12.30. So I rang him at 12.15.....surprise surprise.....He's gone home yet again!

Everyday this week I drove to school as I was meant to be picking my bike up and drove there....this wanker has cost me over £20 in fuel!

Now I plan on picking it up on Tuesday morning. On my way home, I will be calling into Demon Tweeks (they use him quite a bit so I'm told) and asking the girl if he has another business or something because doing things on time and his customer service is certainly something hes shit at!

not good to hear mate , i would be expecting a big discount on that trye and overall costs other wise mention trading standard in the conversation , the bloke needs a slap ,

I'd tell him you expect a discount for all the trouble he's put you to and if you don't get one then make it clear you won't be using him again.

I know, I'm going to see what he says. If not then I'll wipe my arse with his business down at Demon Tweeks to all the other bikers.
