Do u ever wish u didnt start something?

I phoned up the insurace company to tell them i had had the bike lowered, now they need a letter from the mechanic of what exatly what was done and if its road worthy.

My insurance is up in a month and a half, wish I had just waited as they will probably charge me a fortune extra or decide they wont continue the insurance so I will miss out on my first years no claims..

Plus am i insured at the mo till its sorted ??

maybe im being pesimistic, lets watch this space ....

I rung up my insurance to swap the insurance over from my rs to a 70cc ped ive got, they game me £30 cash back

And yeah thats a bit of a bummer there lisse, should of just not told them, really hard to prove its been lowered... could of just said the rear shocks nackered and had dropped a bit

Why tell them about it being lowed? ist hardly a performance part and say you did come off you wont get paid out for lowerin kit

Worried they could get out of a claim because the bike is altered, u know what insurance companies are like, Its pretty easy to see its been altered with the forks and linkages, wouldnt take a specialised mechanic to spot it. lol

Things been pretty mad at the mo and not in a good way

I always have problems when it comes to declaring mods to companies, I have so many to list which they came back as unlisted, I just say the 4 major ones now... bodykit, paintjob, end can and restrictors

I have to get an engineers report form a specific company the insurers use £75 , even if i converted it back now they still want a report of the work.

Even if i got insured with someone else now or sold the bike i would worry it was black listed or been refused insurance type thing

Just hope it passes now as I got the linkages made up espically by an engineer at work
