actually mate technically thats not true

long stinger (pipe) cause the power band to be less aggressive but spread over more rpm
shorter stinger cause the power band to be shorter in rpm but much more peaky and aggressive !

Stinger is the part that comes from the expansion chamber at its widest point

The end can just effects noise

Course it matters, 2 strokes end cans are alot different to 4 stroke and need back presure of some sort
